These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of transportation coordination services provided by VernovaCare Medical Transport ("VernovaCare"). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Availability
All transportation requests are subject to availability. VernovaCare makes reasonable efforts to accommodate transportation requests but cannot guarantee service availability in all geographic areas or at all times. Service confirmation will be provided following submission and review of your transportation request.
2. Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting transportation requests. This includes accurate pickup and destination addresses, contact information, appointment times, and any relevant medical or mobility requirements. VernovaCare is not responsible for service failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
3. Service Limitations
VernovaCare provides non-emergency medical transportation coordination only. Our services are not appropriate for medical emergencies. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to provider network coverage in your area.
4. Safety Requirements
All transportation services are subject to applicable safety regulations. Customers and patients must comply with vehicle safety requirements, including the use of seatbelts and proper wheelchair securing procedures where applicable. Transportation providers reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who present a safety risk to themselves, drivers, or others.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted as early as possible to allow scheduling adjustments. Customers who repeatedly cancel or fail to appear for scheduled transportation may have future service requests reviewed at VernovaCare's discretion. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email to info@vernovacare.com or by phone.
6. Right to Refuse Service
VernovaCare reserves the right to decline or cancel transportation requests that cannot be safely or appropriately accommodated, that involve inaccurate or fraudulent information, or that fall outside our service capabilities or geographic coverage area.
7. Limitation of Liability
VernovaCare acts as a transportation coordinator and is not directly liable for actions, omissions, or incidents involving independent transportation providers within our network. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
9. Amendments
VernovaCare reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

VernovaCare Medical Transport is committed to fair and transparent policies regarding refunds. Please review the following policy carefully.
1. Cancellations Prior to Dispatch
If a transportation request is canceled before a driver has been dispatched, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the timing of the cancellation, any coordination costs already incurred, and the specific circumstances of the request. To request a cancellation and potential refund, customers must contact VernovaCare as soon as possible at info@vernovacare.com.
2. Completed Transportation Services
Completed transportation services are generally non-refundable. Once a trip has been completed, the service has been rendered and charges will not be reversed except in cases of documented service failure, significant deviation from the confirmed route or appointment, or other extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. No-Show Policy
Customers who fail to appear for a confirmed transportation pickup without prior cancellation notice may not be eligible for a refund and may be responsible for any applicable fees.
4. Service Issues
If you believe you experienced a significant service failure, please contact us at info@vernovacare.com within 48 hours of the scheduled service. We will review your case and work toward a fair resolution.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@vernovacare.com with your full name, transportation request date, description of the cancellation or service issue, and any supporting documentation. All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
